A – Admit
I used to measure my life against others and think I was “good enough,” until God’s Word pulled the curtain back. Romans 3:23 says “all have sinned.” I finally admitted the truth: beneath my best intentions I was broken—self-centered, impatient, unable to fix myself.
B – Believe
That honesty led me straight to Jesus. I learned that He lived the sinless life I couldn’t and died the death I deserved, then rose again. I chose to believe He did it for me—that the cross was God’s receipt stamped PAID IN FULL.
C – Confess
Belief moved from my head to my mouth. I confessed, “Jesus, You are Lord; I need Your forgiveness.” In that moment guilt gave way to grace. Romans 10:9 promises, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
D – Decide (and Daily follow)
Salvation isn’t a one-time prayer but a lifelong decision. Each day I choose to follow Him—reading Scripture, praying, loving people, sharing hope. He supplies the strength; I simply step where He leads.
That’s the Gospel in ABCD: Admit my sin, Believe in Christ, Confess Him as Lord, Decide to follow daily. It turned my story from restless searching to steady joy—and it’s an open invitation for you, too.
