Lee Miller, CEO & President
Lee Allen Miller is a highly respected broadcast media executive, technology consultant, and business leader with an extensive career spanning television, communications, energy, and public relations. Born in Denison, Texas, and raised in East Texas, Lee’s journey into broadcasting began with an unexpected career shift—on his last day of student teaching in music education at Stephen F. Austin State University, he took a job in television, launching a lifelong career in the media industry.
Starting in Lufkin, Texas, in the early 1980s, Lee progressed rapidly from studio operations to creative services, network management, and ultimately, executive leadership in the broadcast sector. He is now a well-known industry veteran with extensive experience leading both for-profit and nonprofit broadcasting organizations. His expertise spans broadcast best practices, distribution technologies, and media strategy mastery.
As the CEO of MSG Resources LLC, Lee provides consulting services to media, technology, and broadcast industries, specializing in frequency coordination, media distribution, and strategic communications. He also serves as Chief Operations Officer of Broad-Comm, a firm specializing in spectrum management and communications consulting for major events, government agencies, and international organizations.

He lives near Lufkin, Texas, on one of his family’s tree farms in the Texas Forest Country region, north of Houston. He is married to Kenla, and they have two grown children:
